Desktop System
Harness the full capabilities of our BreakerPRO system using our bespoke Windows application for PCs. We can provide the system for as many PCs as you require, or just the one if needed. Add as many users as you like, we do not charge for additional PC user accounts.
Add stock, take and process pictures quickly using your device's camera, scan parts into locations, handle work orders and manage your stock directly on your mobile or tablet using the BreakerPRO Mobile App, currently available for Android devices, and iOS in beta.

Matchapart.com is our own website developed and managed in house. BreakerPRO automatically publishes all of your stock to the site and is available for purchase using Paypal and other payment gateways with transactions being completed between the supplier and customer. With payments being direct to you this means you don’t have to worry about any charges other than the standard payment gateways fees.
Ebay is most likely the primary marketplace for your business, with over 168m active worldwide buyers and still growing. BreakerPRO allows you the flexibility to automatically list all or selected stock to your ebay shop account.
Facebook is a massive social media platform with over 2 billion daily active users. As you add stock to BreakerPRO it automatically publishes details at vehicle level to the timeline of the Matchapart facebook page. This can also be linked to your own business Facebook page. Potential customers can then click on the link within the post and purchase the parts on Matchapart.com or your own website if powered by us.
We are able to offer the Google Shopping data feed to customers as another way to sell your stock using BreakerPRO automatically. Those with our provided websites will be able to use the Google Shopping feed to send buyers to their own sales website rather than our own default Matchapart sales platform.
This is a local classified ads site and BreakerPRO uploads all your stock to Vivastreet each day. This gives your stock extra exposure to over 1 million visitors each month. As Vivastreet is fully free there are no costs whatsoever to our customers.
BreakerPRO automatically matches part requests from PartsGateway with your stock 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With over 9 million active users and 70,000 part requests each month this is another great way maximise sales. Account with PartsGateway required.
Simple, Powerful Tools
BreakerPRO is easy to use with many powerful features, including:
Print 2D QR barcoded labels to quickly identify each part. Use our mobile app to scan parts into shelf locations keeping stock organised and easy to find. When a part is sold you can use the picking report from each location.
You can either use the mobile device's built in camera or use a Bluetooth laser scanner which is quicker to scan.
*Zebra label printer required.
Simply enter the VRN and BreakerPRO fetches the vehicle information from DVLA and Cartell (for UK and Irish plates respectively). When generating an invoice for a customer, simply enter their postcode to lookup their full address.
Add stock, scan parts into locations, take new photos by scanning the part and manage your stock and work orders directly on your mobile or tablet using the BreakerPRO mobile app.
BreakerPRO can automatically send your customer a text message (SMS) when a part becomes available or share details of a part to a customer, allowing them to see images and buy it online.
